Supervision can be such an important part of your social work career! It's a time to build your confidence and clinical judgment before working independently as a clinical social worker. You will also have the support of other social workers working toward the same goal.

My supervision approach is grounded in two main concepts:

1. Social justice and decolonizing mental health. I want to inspire other social workers to challenge the way we practice therapy in hopes to make mental health care more inclusive and effective for everyone. Let's explore what healing means to different cultures and how we can create healing spaces.

2. Authenticity in practice. We finish our MSW just as we begin to cultivate our practice skills. I want to use our time together to identify what your authentic self looks like in practice beyond general textbook skills. 

I hold biweekly supervision groups in the evenings, with individual check-ins as needed. Clinical supervision is a big commitment, so I'm available for a free consultation before you make any decisions.
